J32b should not be 9.0

it is slower than most 8.3 jets and it doesn’t have any missiles or flares and it turns slower than everything other than the f-104 it is way to over tiered it should be 8.3 at least

i dont think most 8.3s have an afterburner

(also i assume youre talking about the a32a, not the j32b as the j32b has 4 aim9b as well and is 9.3)

Idk what you’re on about. It’s perfectly alright where it sits rn

probably true since I thought after reading this title it should go up in br to 9.3 or so…

Are we talking about the same plane?? The J32B is already 9.3. The A32A is 9.0

got fooled by the br in the title…, and my statement was more or less at my observation how often the plane actually gets good rounds and I havent rlly seen that

A32A and J32B are remarkably bad. They don’t accelerate, they can’t turn, they can’t go very fast, one of them practically doesn’t have ammo for its guns.
I don’t even think this is a case of BR compression or uptiers, because planes at lower battle ratings can handily beat them.

How many lower BR planes can handily beat them? Would it happen to be some severely undertiered migs?

It’s should be 8.7 in GRB.

With CCIP, large chaff and 12 slots for secondaries? Yeah, that shit belongs to 10.0 in GRB

The fighter variant is disappointing when I played it. Some people probably don’t know it’s very good at retaining speed, but that still doesn’t save it.
Max speed and acceleration are subpar and turn is bad at least at most speeds if I remember right.

It’s j6 at 9.3 but you trade the insane acceleration and some max speed and turn rate just for slightly better roll rate, 2 extra 9b, and 2 more cannons(aden is trash)

I could see it being 9 considering f3h2 is there with a similar max speed and is instead better at sharp turns for a short duration with the exact same missile quantity. If they ever bother to actually fix this rating it should probably be between current 9 and current 9.3, but they continue to just only balance the modern stuff.

Sliigghhttly better than a 86K/hunterf1 by performance stat shark but 9.3->9.0 should be acceptable. Not quite compression this time, the other old two also don’t perform well.

With no flares and guided munition?
Saab-105 is still more effective at 9.0 than lasen

Quite a few, unfortunately the average IQ for some of the less talked about jets doesn’t help the average consensus. I mean seriously if we go by stats the Su-11 would’ve stayed at 7.0 while the far worse SK60 stayed at 7.7

Ngl the A32A is just a worse J32, heavier with a weaker engine mediocre flight performance, solid guns. Just all around a worse Alpha jet at the same BR maybe slightly faster

Lmao the German Tornado with 9Ls and multiple 1000lb bombs is 10.0 in ground RB, pls think before speaking like seriously. You ruin your own credibility with a take like that

I get you hate Sweden and think they are the most OP nation but you cannot seriously look at me and tell me the Lansen is good enough to be the same BR as the Tornado lmao

Lol

So let me get this straight you want the A32A with no flares and a bit of chaff with 3x 600kg bombs and not mach capable to be the same BR as the Tornado in ground which has

12x 1000lb bombs, 2x 9L missiles, and 56 Large flares and 1200 chaff and is mach capable?

Care to explain how the A32A in your brain is 10.0 worthy?

Yeah this guy’s a clown, he couldn’t try to hide his bias against Sweden even if he tried, I could’ve maybe understood his point if he mentioned the Alpha jet which is imo a similar vehicle to the A32A in ground but he immediately suggested it should be the same BR as the best 10.0 bomber jet lol

Number 1 priority for CAS is effective weaponry. Which can mean carrying a high amount of weapons or the weapons having particular features such as functional guidance (basically anything but MCLOS) or CCIP. This is why you see planes with 20+ weapons or unfair features all the goddamn time, like the hunter F58, SAAB105s, MB326s, F117s…

Yes, and there are plenty of aircraft around the BR with 0 countermeasures whatsoever or nonsense like 18 total flares. You are also completely ignoring available HE rockets that you have CCIP for.
And the 250kg bombs are almost twice as powerful as slightly lighter 500lb bombs, you are not at all limited to 3 600kg bombs unless you really want to use the heaviest available munitions.

Nearly irrelevant nonsense, unless you are specifically out intercepting enemy planes which the A32 isn’t made for at all.

When did I mention this tornado? But yeah, it’s a 11.3 anti-everything plane at 10.0 in GRB and probably should be ~10.7. Rather weird for sure, but also it’s a 70€ premium so really not that surprising.

Woah, so its not only bias towards sweden, but to cas overall.

it’s always compression. It’s what the forum wants.

@Kallu609 A high amount of weapons? You know the A32A can’t carry that much on its pylons right? It has a lot of hard points but can’t even carry the ordinance the SAAB 105 has lol.

The SAP HE rockets aren’t that great as any SPAA will prevent you from doing your accurate shots which are needed. You’re better off with only 3x 600kg bombs for fast attacks.

Also you know Italy has a TT tornado IDS also right? It’s not just an event and premium on Germany.

Additionally we’re skipping the multitude of supior CAS aircraft below and at 10.0 like the Ayit with its flares, 9G equivalent missiles and 2x walleye and 3x mavericks at 10.0 or the A4E with its flares and 2x Walleye and 2000lb bomb with CCRP which people always forget which is why it’s so easy for me to pull nukes on the US 9.3 lineup

Again we could go on and on but the fact is moving the inferior and mediocre A32A up solely makes you sound ridiculous alongside the fact you clearly didn’t bother to mention that your argument was a all CAS matter. Rather you only wanted the A32 up which is one of the weaker platforms for its BR given it’s lack of flight performance.
