It does not climb, turn, shoot and the pilot attracts bullets like a magnet.
This should be fixed ASAP.
What in the copium?
What should be fixed, exactly?
The J26 is objectively pretty bad or the very least mid with extremely annoying downsides making it not worth playing. The issue is that its based on the D-20 which has low manifold pressure settings making it have a weak engine performance for the BR relative to what it needs to succeed.
That said, it’s representative of all P-51Ds that aren’t the D-10 and D-30 basically
You’re doing a lot of complaining about the most random things, none of which have been remotely true so far.
Im 99% sure that most of your issues can be narrowed down to a lack of knowledge and skill, and I think guiding you to some learning resources would help.
Im going to start by recommending you watch some videos by Defyn: https://youtube.com/@defyn
Bro: have you ever flown that crap (ideally in stock)??
The J26 or the J26 david?
The David is a copy paste P-51C, and yes Ive flown it plenty.
The tech tree one is a copy paste P-51D. Which yes Ive flown enough of the P-51D-5.
The J26 David is super strong at its BR. The J26 is fine.
Dont blame the plane on your lack of skill, heck its not even the J26. You also made a thread whinging about the B-239, a plane that is frankly busted OP lol.
I wouldn’t go that far. This guy’s problem is definitely his own though.
Is this guy actually trying to claim a merlin mustang bad?
its no spitfire ill give you this but bro this is just raw cope
Clearly OP has little or no experience playing the US tree and flying the first P-51D model.
Yeah. It sucks. The J26 is behaving as it should (as far as the game is concerned); sucky.
I assume you mean merlin mustang, but this is also not really going to make sense because there are also bad merlin mustangs due to low manifold pressure settings and rudder compression.
thats the one.
took some powerful medication so im running at like 70% so my train of thought sometimes overtakes my typing
Merlins arent too bad for the altitudes we fight at in WT
i take the allison powered mustang in the british tree out a lot and the rudder compression is really not too bad until 380+mph and its just not a worry above 3000m
overall i find the mustang airframe to be very solid all things given and i cant complain about merlins in my experience
the british mustang 1a has an entirely different FM to any american mustang, and is pretty much strictly superior in wt
wasnt aware of that.
Took the J25 david, F6c and D-20-NA mustang for a quick test fligh spin and it doesnt feel that different, similar compression issue and turn just as nice.
short test but overall the differences seem minor, about as much of a change as playing different mkV spitfires.
will agree the british tree is superior from having 4 20mm hispanos but those all API-T .50 belts are incredibly powerful
i think that is the case
I don’t know if they differ in rudder. The Mustang 1A pulls MUCH more in turns than the american cannonstang though for instance
only natural those differences would exist. a hispano 20mm is a lot heavier than a browning .50
Oh hey i know that guy! He makes some good videos, he recently made a video about how volumetric clouds are clientside meaning cloud cover is often fake
hmmmmmmmm
That would explain a few things.
