Regarding the update of DEV J10A’s with a maximum speed of Mach 1.2 at an altitude of 1000m, the evidence cited by GAIJIN was stated by the pilot in the interview, and I have two questions about it. First, the pilot only stated that the wings of Mach 1.2 trembled and stopped accelerating for safety reasons, not that the maximum flight speed at low altitude was Mach 1.2; Secondly, the issue feedback platform has repeatedly had the problem that different players submitted applications for J10A low-altitude extreme speed errors, all of which were proved by gaijin with insufficient evidence and needed manuals or articles to prove their authenticity. Then I would like to ask whether the pilot interviews that gaijin referred to when modifying J10A low-altitude extreme speed belonged to manuals or articles. Is it possible for the pilot to tell the wrong limit speed in an interview for confidentiality? Gaijin’s naked double standards make me ashamed. I hope this reply can get your answer.

You got it wrong. During the test flight, the maximum speed test was concluded at 1453 kilometers per hour for safety reasons, not because the J10A can only fly at this speed. And this is indicated airspeed, not ground speed. The correct way to limit the J10A’s low-altitude maximum speed would be to reduce its structural strength, not to increase drag

Moreover, the low altitude limit speed of J10A has nothing to do with the acceleration ability, even if the top speed can only reach Mach 1.25, it will not affect the acceleration performance. gaijin obviously increases the resistance of J10A under the condition that the thrust of J10A engine is unchanged. I think that’s a interview about testing the prototype of J10,which is not the same to J10A in the dev server. Gaijin made a factual mistake again.

Everything is too outrageous .Their method of limiting the low altitude flight speed of J10A is to add significant flight resistance to J10A .When J10A is flying at high altitude, this resistance still exists .This deliberate weakening of the supersonic acceleration performance of high-altitude aircraft is wrong.

It is incorrect to weaken J10 based on Li Zhonghua’s statement. In the original text, J10 is clearly stronger. At a speed of 1453 Mach, there was a tremor instead of the limit. In the same paragraph, it was mentioned that the top speed was 2.35 Mach. According to the unpacking documents, it is unreasonable to easily increase resistance to weaken the aircraft. Those who deal with issue said that this interview is “ appropriate source material for historical issues”(Community Bug Reporting System). On the contrary, they add a 1.21 Ma speed limit on it according to the same interview(J-10a这幽默阻力是怎么回事？ - #3). If that is not a double-standard behavior, then what is?

I don’t understand why it’s contradictory for an official to say “interviews can’t be used as evidence” when a player provides an issue, but now it’s contradictory to use an interview as evidence for nerfing J10A!
