they use same guns as germany and get no real shatter and have to suffer fighting under tiered props like yak 3u 5.7 and P51H-5 6.3 and certain spits like LF MK9 at 5.7 while things like RE.2005 series 0 at 6.0 for no reason facing super props they cant really beat
not to mention there stuck with MG151s with no real shatter so they do almost zero damage
so i think majority of italy props should go down by .3 what do yall think
you can discuss below other italian props you think you would like to see lowered below
The problem with Italian aircraft is that they were once OP at the tier they actually were supposed to be, they got up tiered, nerfed heavily, and still stay at the same BR, let’s make an example like you did:
The Re.2005 serie 0 is from 1943(around that) and it’s fighting aircraft from the 45 that ofc are much more capable
The problem is just, Italy’s aviation was really good for it’s time, and in 1944 there was the armistice that took Italy out of the war
The Re-2005 is absolutely not 6.0 material. It turns well but it’s so slow. The LF IX is better in pretty much every regard barring dive speed and its nasty FM until you get used to it (SB).
I dont really have much to give as examples but every italian prop fighter after 4.0 feels inconsistent against anything it faces
C.202 and C.202EC is 100% overtiered maybe could be placed 2.7 BR and 3.0/3.3 BR, it’s sad for such an iconic plane to be like this.
C.205 serie 1 is actually quite competent it can keep it’s place
G.55 serie 1 needs to come down to 4.7
late C.205s can come down to 4.3
G.56 should be 6.0
Re.2005 serie 0 should be 5.0 / 5.3 Specially now, with Re.2005 (VDM) at 6.0
mg151 was mostly fixed but yea
