This has to be the worse area in the game to play, I tried approximately 15 battles and every single one was a full uptier. The main issue is the MASSIVE advantage starting at most 8.7 tanks having a mix (or all) of APFSDS, Laser rangefinders Stabilizers and Thermals.
Maybe in this BR range limit the spread? Instead of +1/-1 go to +.3/-.3? Or have 8.7 not be able to play a downtier?
