It can intercept it however it can’t defeat it a failed interception is better than non interception and makes a difference in penetration but this is not yak or any other Russian vehicle so any nerf is welcomed by gaijin

So the Eitan got some improvements to its weight and engine, but does anyone know if the armor it has currently on the dev server is accurate? As far as I’m aware there have not been any armor changes.
I’m hoping it does actually end up being somewhat resistant to autocannons.

Ladies and gentlemen the Eitan now has the best Hp/t ratio of any modern wheeled IFV ingame, sitting at a ratio of ~23.31hp/t. For reference, the Aussie Boxer has a weaker engine and higher weight, sitting at ~18.7. (If there’s one stronger I forgot, but I’m pretty sure this is the new best)
The only thing holding it back with that kind of power is its top speed and reverse gears, which uh… yeah that’s not the best reverse speed, definitely still viable though

Hey, I’m bad at fixing bugs and stuff… but I have the two pieces of information that the Eitan needs to be able to fire the MK310,I basically have the PDFs for both the MK Bushmaster MK44 and the Elbit Systems turret.
If anyone wants it to make a bug report, let me know.
Put it here and I’m sure someone will pick it up I also made a topic asking people for any proofs and sources
We already have bushmaster in the game with HE-TF gaijin just refuses to give it to these ifvs

Gajin doesn’t put programmable rounds on vehicles without proper auto tracker since it doesnt make sense.
So the report you need to make is that one, not that its technically compatibile with some round because of same gun

No it doesnt, what it tells you is that you can clear trenches with airburst spacing, which you can do in CV9030/35/40. And it has no purpose in game as you are not shooting at infantry or exposed crew of a crusader AA.
First you need to get autotracker on vehicle, then you need to prove that i can fire programmable ammunition and depending on how nice gajin is whether the operator has any.
Thats literally what gajin has shown you and if you are not biased you can agree thats correct way to go.

Eitan should have it too considering tsrikhon has it and there’s the proof of the turret supporting programmable shells and the gun firing programmable shells too
Hell almost every vehicle has a tracker from 10.0 and above in the Israeli TT
I have a brochure on the sights which prove target tracking capability. What it doesn’t show is the ability to use programmable rounds sadly, which is what I believe gaijin needs

I can’t open the pdf but according to the guy who posted it it should have enough evidence for it
If you want to bug report this, you’ll need to prove with sourcing the UT30 uses the exact same systems as the one on the Eitan, which is pretty much impossible since we have no sourcing on this turret and it’s allegedly named something stupid like “30mm unmanned turret” lmao
Anyway trying to get information on it will not be promising, so if you try to then a big good luck to you lol

I haven’t seen any changes according the datamines that I’ve looked at.
Unless they’ve changed it on the dev today, then absolutely not. The internal armor is literally still called “body_armor” or something like that, the side armor composite blocks all have the same thickness, and the front hull armor is literally just like 5mm RHA and a gap of air.
Do we know if the eitan has spall liners or is it unknown?
