In the past 2 years I have seldom played any downtiered battles, and most of my games in ground RB have been uptiered battles with 100 or 110 rp for mbts.
When I play 9.3 lineup I get uptiered to 10.3, and if I quit the game and join another game with 10.3 preset I get uptiered to 11.3 battles. That is what always happens.
It isn’t because I have actively blamed Gaijin’s controversial acts on forum and other social media platforms for the past 2 years, right?

10.3 and 11.3 are kinda overpopulated
11.3 has basically zero line ups, neither does 11.0 or 10.7. Only 10.3 is because Russia has an insane premium line up there.

10.7 has loads of lineups and 11.0 is no slouch either
Players are never targeted in any way. No one will (i don’t even think it’s possible to) mess with any specific players account.
What might be happening is that there are some BR’s that are way more played than others due to several nations not having lineups or vehicles on certain BR’s making them jump over that range. This can result in those few nations that do have a lineup/vehicle at that BR to be both down and up tiered more often than they would at other BR’s.
Statshark (third party website, i do not recommend giving your account details to anyone or using your Gaijin account to log in to places that aren’t directly in connection to Gaijin) has collected player and match data and someone on the forum made some statistical analysis of those numbers here: ( Data Analysis #3: The arrival of Statshark answers some old questions ), so player made calculations, take with a grain of salt and judge for yourself.
