it doesnt even seem frontal, by specific i meant like real specific angle, almost all the sims ive seen, the minimum value for f22 is like 10 degrees offset from the frontal point

They do have Have Glass for the F-16’s which helps them, but they probably don’t put Raptor RAM, as great as it is, on F-15 and F-16 because it’s expensive, not really necessary, and is a huge maintenance headache for aircraft whose advantage over the F-22 is ease and speed of maintenance
RAM coating also wouldn’t pair as well with an F-15 than an F-22 or F-35 since they carry weapons externally and the airframes themselves are not stealthy
It probably is. F35 should have lower rcs compared to the 22 for multiple reasons from most observed aspects
