The MANPADS would need to be able to see, lock, and reach the F-35, though.
The aircraft are suppressing the air defenses, that’s the point of using Su-25s and Su-34s with high explosive ordnance… To deal with infantry.

Whether or not it’s an Su-25 or an Su-57M, Iglas and Pioruns are only limited by their maneuverability. Sending an “undetectable” (he obviously has no clue what VLO design is meant for) stealth aircraft will have no sway in its losses.
