Yes. The strf 9040C is a fantastic infantry fighting vehicle with a very powerful main gun, good mobility, and fantastic looks. I would go as far as to say that the strf 9040C (and the rest of the 9040 series by extension) is my favorite vehicle in the game.

Meh I find it boring. You’ll only face russian vehicles which makes the gameplay bad.
Absolutely, it’s even technically outperforming the 2S38 that a lot of people here on the forum keeps complaining about being to over powered.
I’m not entirely certain but i think it’s one of the best performing light tanks at that BR.

Its decent, though Strf 9040B is better due to lower BR with more light targets.
they have worse pen but have a faster ROF. you can track and barrel torture quicker but the shells are going to be far less annoying with getting lolpenned. 2s38 also just randomly takes only damage to the elevation drive and continues to be an annoying spamcanon while the STRFs get nuked
the 2s38 still beats them out in annoyance for me. i think they should all be higher up in BR

theres one problem with this.
We cant balance the player. There are objectively worse vehicles at higher BRs than better vehicles because of the players that play X or Y. we can talk about the characteristics but we cant trust winrates as certain people flock to certain vehicles and nations skewing figures away from the normal bell curve
That’s not how a bell curve works lol.
Either way, if we take the anecdotal evidence of my personal performance in the M1A1 AIM and compare it to Challenger 2 TES (i have not yet unlocked the 2E) the numbers seems to reflect even through me as a single player.

I think i understand what you mean. But honestly, even if a vehicle is inherently on paper better but driven by worse players and another worse vehicle driven by better players face each other the average experience of the players playing those two similarly performing vehicles against each other is likely going to be just as many deaths as kills. So i might not mind it if that is the case.
