No I very much still don`t see why 0.7 is exclusive from everything you said. 0.7 just makes it much much much faster and easier to achive.
No extra work. Less work, better results.

0.7 is the extra work.
Analysis of all vehicles occurs in both situations as you cannot change something impacting all vehicles without first analyzing all vehicles.
We need ±0.0 or maximum ±0.3
One line of code needs to be changed
Good thing then that gajin already has all the data and made this game so fucked up. Making the data worthless.
So 0.7 gives us a blank slate in that case making balance easier.
In your system Gajin needs to speend hundredts of hours to analyse every singhle vehicle and move it accordingly. One movement already invalidades most of their data however, So another 200h after moving 1 vehicle… So step one will be finished by the year 2500. Then we can get to properly balancing.
Decompression is about changing the balance. You can not do both at the same time. Step 1 Has to invalidate the data . So you might as well just take the current data and develop a system to move everything by and then gather data for balancing.
Again it is impossible to decompress while also balancing at the same time. One negates the other. As @Cpt_Bel_V said. You are ignoring the impacts of a single balancing BR change.
It is much better to do step 1 in one go with one set system to follow and then re-balance as needed.
0.7 is exactly that a strict easy to follow system affecting every Vehicle in every nation at once. Same rules for every change so the new Data is absolutely free of corrupted data.
No.
You have to move 0 vehicles in order to implement 0.7 Keeping the balance and decompression are mutually exclusive. You can not decompress and keep the balance. Keeping the balanvce=compression
No.
BR changes have occured. We moved compression between 6.0-7.0 to 8.0-9.0. That is not decompression that is taking dirt from under the rug an putting it under the bed.
Hence why we have the exact same problems just at a different BR.
If that is Decompression in your eyes you need glasses.
As I said Decompression needs to affect everything at once otherwise we just put the problem from A to B and then C and maybe back to A again
You can not decompress a BR range. You can decompress all or you can pretent you did sth while just pushing the problem around.
Compression has not been moved.
The top BR went from 11.0 to 11.7 in less than 9 months.
7.7 - 11.0 went to 8.0 - 11.7. That is decompression.
That is decompression, everyone knows it. You’re the only one posting disinformation.
7.3 could always meet 7.7 vehicles [now 8.0].
Not every vehicle needs to move up, which is why some, yes a minority, got left behind.
@_Baum → see how people are ? stupidly asking for more and more, because of how badly are their will to have an easy to play game.
@F-2A_Viper_Zero : please learn how to use all of your vehicules instead of playing the same way for every one of them → you’ll be able to adapt much faster, in any situation and kill much more, even in uptiers,…
that’s currently wrong,… we have to date some vehicules that are already imbalanced in a way or another, and that 0.7 moves of yours will make them much more impactful/impacted.
The amount of how impacted they are is irellevant as we have the ability to move vehicles for as many BRs as is necessary. There is no limit that you can only move 0.3 at a time.
Vehicles which drastically overperform can be moved up in hot fixes and then again in normal balancing if needed like the PUMA did.
Well currently i played T-2(k) a lot as i did with Mitsubishi F-1 which 10.3 so figting 11.3 aircrafts in ARB
I have for
T-2(k) → 2.1 KD 57.3% Winrate
F-1 → 2.2KD 63.75% winrate
And you have not played any of those aircrafts yourself,… so you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Also, insulting is not the way to use the forum.
“so far”
We’re getting there quite fast currently with the r73 and aim9m this update and longer ranged bvr missiles next year most likely
For players and game condition, it is good, but for gaijin, no, because it will spend too much time LOL
In naval it is currently not feasible at the moment
Yes, 0.7 mm would fix a lot of issues and “hard to balance” tanks. This should’ve been added years ago
Would be nice but gaijin will probably say no.
