it feels like full uptiers are in 8/10 matches and its really discouraging having to fight eurofighters and refales in F4F ice and mig29g

It’s limited only in the way you can only face up to 4 enemies per match that are your BR + 1.

still facing 13.7s like if those jets arent way better then 13.0…
I am not sure what you are playing but my advice would be to skip it and wait until you have a top tier. Top tier - 1.0 is always awful because of BR compression.
13.0 is fine imo but I don’t mind 13.0-14.0 games
