Real, rewards should go up not down.
I really don’t know how are you getting 14K for 4 kills. I got 13.7K for 9 kills a few months back when I played the TURMS.
Found the two games I played in the same day from back then. This was 4 months ago.

Imo, the problem isn’t the Air RBs income is too high, but that Ground RBs income is too low.
The review bombings gonna be worse than Dresden lmao buff ground and naval but make sure air doesn’t fall behind too because you can’t get as many kills in air

Every update requires careful wording to strike a balance. GAIJIN, you really don’t have to be so indirect every time. We all know that you think players who don’t spend money shouldn’t get profits, but who told you that your game is free? LOL
Air RB RP gain per hour is also atleast twice the amount of air SIM, which is pretty criminal that i can max out a 2-3 hour game (mig23ml) to 120-130k rp at most with 500%+200% rp boosters while trying to max points gain every 15mins.
After that i went to air RB with a 30% RP booster and made 43k RP for 4 bases and 2 kills with su25k in 18min game.
