Is 10.3 the same as 11.0-11.3?

Why does 10.3 even exist if I only get uptiered to 11.0 and 11.3? I’m trying to spade my Mirage IIIS C.70 and nearly all my matches are against 11.0 and 11.3. It’s ridiculous. Just move this plane to 11.0 already if it’s going to be like this.

Because of 11.3 you know what

what?

They doesn’t seem to be the most observant person going by previous comments they’ve made, I get the distinct feeling they didn’t even bother to read the post and just assumed the topic was about Ground RB by the title alone, in which case he’s referring to the BMPT.

Ground RB was a disaster for the game and singlehandedly tanked the game’s focus and direction, it’s where all the money and players are now so they think everything is about them. I really wish they would stop polluting every damn thread about air with GRB topics too, it’s insufferable.

The BMPT has an abysmal rate of climb, the Mirage IIIS is over 1000kp/h faster and can easily energy trap the BMPT. The BMPT has a superior turning radius so the only way the Mirage can lose is to go headon or overshoot and start turnfighting the BMPT, or alternatively the BMPT spends approximately 2 hours sideclimbing and Boom and Zooms the Mirage while it is turnfighting another BMPT.

Clearly the BMPT should be a lower BR than the Mirage IIIS.

They could give it Aim-9P4s (all aspect Aim-9Ps) and put it at 11.3.

However we do desperately need decompression, because there is a large difference between something like the Mirage IIIS and even the Mig-21bis. Prior to the Mig-25, 10.3 matchmaking was decent and I often got partial or even full downtiers.

Or at least if the Falco didn’t have a full 2-second flight time like a rocket.

Basically this

to answer the thread question; yeah 11.0 - 11.3 also struggles against 12.0 - 12.3 (not to mention IRCCM missiles that start appearing at 11.7) and if you thought 12.3 is going to be golden there Su-33s and Su-30MKKs carrying 10 to 12 reasons to think otherwise. It’s a mess.
