basically ALL SPAAs with IR missiles have IRCCM at SUPER low BRs: they’re fighting against jets WITHOUT COUNTERMESURES, and even in uptiers it’s still hard to dodge surface-to-air IR missiles since at that BR (9.3/9.7) is still weird to see missiles, and since they’re IR guided, pilots are basically unaware of them (also all the SAM launchers that carry IR missiles are comically SMALL making them hard to see at, idk, 300m/500m?).
they should be 10.0 as minimum, it’s annoying to see SPAAs with IRCCM missiles while a lot of planes don’t even have all-aspect missiles or even countermesures (and stats lie most of the time, cuz they’re harder to dodge than what it looks, talking about dodging them just turning to any direction cuz stats say they have low amount of G).
You can just easily dodge or outrange these missiles
Usually if you keep your speed up they aren’t impossible to dodge , and if you have countermeasures, one well-placed Flare is enough to avoid the missile ( but it has to be a good flare placement, basically the same as you would do against the AIM-9M, but more accurate )
A single turn is enough to defeat something like a Stinger or Igla.

i literally try to barrel roll then in the MiG-23MLD + flaring and they hit me anyway. IRCCM is probably the only stupid thing that compensates their (in ur fake words, since 13G is enough to make any turning practically useless, the only ones u can dodge just turning are 10G ones) “low amount of Gs”.
dodge if low G (10G/ “10.2G” like the Iglas) / outrange? SAM IR missiles have a lot of range and fast acceleration cuz it isn’t the same launching an IR missile while flying at 3000m and 1150km/h than launching an IR missile at 0m and 0km/h.
