i think we could add this dodge with 20 mm

and rover with twin 50 cal.

for low tier AA, since theres gap between other rank and theres no way we only rely on single truck with 50 cal. main

Another option is a Pacific Nations tech tree with Australia, Philippines etc. Our neighborhood generally has good relations and history of defense cooperation.

Yeah, or an ASEAN tree which was very popular as a suggestion on the old forum as well.

Though currently it seems like the SEA subtree for Japan is what Gaijin is planning, especially with rumors of it being added this year.

I’m not fully sure what to think of it, since on one hand those are some very interesting vehicles that can be added to my main played techtree, but on the other I feel like subtrees seem to offer too little space for vehicle additions, especially combined nation subtrees as SEA would be.
My best hope is a subtree rework to actually give more space for these nations to be properly represented

Could Singapore and Malaysia be added to this tree?

I believe those are AN/M2, the aircraft variant of the M2 Browning. Indonesian Air Force is known to reuse AN/M2 from the retired OV-10 Bronco for close air defense. And since it looks like those Land Rovers are having the Air Force registration plate, it make sense that they used the AN/M2.

here’s another low tier tank that probably can be add if we found more details history of it.

from Een buitgemaakte Japanse 95 Ha-Go lichte tank in gebruik bij het Nederlandse leger | Nationaal Archief
in detail photo it says that dutch use captured type 95 hago ( which is wrong is type 87 I-go) in dutch east indies / Indonesia circa 1946.

my speculation is possibly type 87 i go is being use by Indonesian army also.

also another vehicle that can be add on rank II is BM 14/17

What were they cooking putting it so low like that lmao

well idk why they putting low like that, and quick little update for history type 89 tank sorry not the type 87 that NL / KNIL use.
from what i understand is they capture from japan after WW II , manage to use few of them, and i only trace 3 type 89 tank as " friesland" 1-9 RI, “watermannen” 1-3 RI that latter transformed into forklift?, and the last one is probably as dummy target.
all those tank stationed in west java area at that time, and i assume their HQ is in Opleidingscentrum Der Pantser Troepen Bandung, after dutch NL left from Indonesia the place using by Indonesian army as cavalry training school and cavalry weapon Center. i still dont know more details from indonesia side about this tank but in wiki says theres surviving type 89 in Indonesia cavalry training school.

I was actually the one that edited that part in, sourced from the Surviving Panzers website.

I remember looking around in Google Maps street view but could not see anything, perhaps it is nestled among the buildings.

Ooh, nice job. The tank does appear to be “rearmed” with a 6-pdr in place of the rear machine gun rather than say, a pipe, but it’s probably for decoration as the turret is much too small to house both the breach and accompanying gunner.

i know theres probably quite a few of photographs like these that are just sitting in some museums out there and arent published online, which is quite annoying

Photos of Indonesian Humber are indeed rare (at least online).
I’ve found some photos of Indonesian Humber AC serving as security details during the visit of Indian PM Jawaharlal Nehru on 12 June 1950 (from the collection of National Library, via Facebook page “KERIS reborn”)

From that source there is an alternative angle for the humber

also apologies its not the humfox, its actually the humber (humber has those tow rings on the hull’s side near the fenders). I’m still searching for an actual humfox photo, because currently the only image i know is just the monument that i mentioned before:

actual humfox

EDIT: Finally found what looks like a humfox in a 1953 Indonesian Independence Anniversary defile
