Yep, which is like 90% of the matches
a question for you how many naticion have an ito or a pansir? all?
in theory
In practice. no
it doesn’t even save me from 50% of CAS
Enough for at least one to be present on each team a lot of the time, Buffed ADATS is also a viable spike slinger counter
Buffed ADATS?
The old top tier SAMs cannot move up, no matter what.
As much as I hate the FnF helis, the ones with Spikes/PARS shouldn’t be on the same BR as the new FnF slingers, but they should still be at 12.3 or 12.7.
Smokeless motor, higher G thats come in the last year or so
They should move Pantsir to 12.3 and then add a Tor for 11.7
I’m arguing exactly that, the UHT/AH60/HAD/129D should be at the same BR as their counters, being the pantsir, ITO, HQ17 and ADATS
I’d be fine with that
totally agree they lack the one thing that would make them actually worth being at that br that they are now at
I don’t expect anything more from Gaijin. Never before has the game been in such a bad state, but it’s an art to screw up even more each time.
If these are reasonable adjustments nobody says anything but apparently you are not playing your own game anymore
At the same BR range? Sure.
At the exact same BR? No.
Moving the old top tier SAMs up will just result in CAS planes dominating the old top tier tank BR range again
And they still keep shitting on everything at 13.0.
Nothing will change until gaijin fixes the ridiculously unrealistic and overperforminh LDIRCM.
My point being that the UHT should not be fighting the BUK or sampt, as no part of it’s kit warrant it.
It’s more suited to fighting the upper echelon of the SACLOS SAMs as opposed to the inane new FnF ones, it lacks LDIRCM or the range that warrant that matchup
for real the kit on it is good yes but for it be paired with helis that are way out of its weight class is just asking for the community to plan for another strike in away
All FnF slinger helis should face these new SAMs.
There is nothing that the older SAMs can do against a heli that just pops up for a second, launches missiles and then disappears again.
They can’t move HC up without moving Click-Bait with it as well.
Overall, M1s won big time in this update, with several of them getting left behind, making them really undertiered in the process.
In the same way how gen2 vs gen1 thermals get you 0.7 BR difference. It’s Gaijin.
Not true, all SAMs have enough missiles to intercept the 8x present on eurocopter and co, while the AH 60 has more, it’s size and FM make it more susceptible to proxy fuse.
The FnF gimmick is only really permitted by a tiny amount of maps, in the rest, you are limited to the flat terrain present and peeking up gets you launched on.
Raises the question of map balance rather than FnF balance.
People oppose the change because NATO FnF with the recent exception of the JAGM is notoriously bad, and making it worse is frustrating and counterproductive
Old FnF slinger helicopters should be between new and old AAs, BR wise.
