This plane is extremly strong for a 1.7 BR plane, nearly unreasonably so. Because it is so much faster than nearly every other rank plane(if not all of them) it is basically the king of its BR, and doesnt particularly struggle in up-tiers while ripping apart any poor biplane that it gets dumped in with. going to 2.3 would make it much less likely to face reserve biplanes, which seems pretty reasonable to me.
