Increase BR for SPGs like PzH 2000, 2S19, and VIDAR?

A good crew could probably shoot faster, also the issue is with overpressure as a whole not the vehicles themselves

I’d really argue the big issue the PzH and the like are their fire control along with how much ordnance they can put down range, but - overpressure still sucks, too.

Not really if overpressure worked to any meaningful amount the amount they put down range wouldn’t be bad since they would have to aim and couldnt just spam it down range.

For example on the m46 they can just shoot at you and kill you even if they hit the mesh cage around the tank meant to stop these rounds because that allows the crew to be overpressured for some reason. If overpressure didn’t work like this they would have to spend a lot more time making a well placed shot which would give the m46 more than enough time to make them go bye bye.

I fight against them a lot(primarily play sweden 8.0/8.7 nowadays) and i’ve never had too big of an issue? The thing is SPGs are only really strong on those big sniper maps, and in cqc maps they’re just flat out worse than your average light tank. And arguably dedicated snipers in that BR range are better than SPGs since they can peek hills better, get to positions faster, etc. Ex: ikv-91.

You did see the part about them being OP against 7.7 tanks, right? The tanks they share the same BR with? If they got bumped up to 8.7, I’m pretty sure they’d be fine, too.

Yea, hence why i bring up the ikv. Compared to say, the VIDAR which is also 8.0 it loses the thermals for being better in basically every other department. Same with the pzh. Sure its .3 lower, but the ikv seems like a much better tank for being .3 higher(you’ll get dragged into 8.7 90% of the time anyway.)

Ok, but the point here is how they are horrible to fight against when in 7.7. The tanks they are in the same BR as. The tanks they always fight. The tanks they will always fight no matter what. The tanks that aren’t-

-The Ikv 91, at 8.7.

  • Any swedish tank at 8.7.
  • Any other tank at 8.7.

Do you see what I am trying to get across? I’m absolutely sure you’re right, sure, whatever. They aren’t the best thing on the planet at 8.7. That’s exactly what I want to see. But that’s not the case at 7.7. Does that make sense?

The ikv-91 is 8.0. Same as VIDAR. Also I did have to face them at 7.7 with the strv-81. Don’t remember them being too big of an issue. Hell imo even the pbv-501 at 6.7 can do the msta’s job better.
