I get it, but you read the forums past year pantsir was claimed to be the crown jewel of russian bias before the kh38, it should be performing better than 1.04 KD vs planes if it really was that OP since even brainless idiots should be able to do well in it if that was/is the case.
If the radar doesn’t get fixed its stats are going to tank even more since it isn’t going to be able to do anything if there is something like an IRIST on their team, they might as well J out.
This is how ground has felt constantly until this update getting smited in their spawn to KH38’s and other weapons from so far out they can’t even see the launching aircraft.

I only have the new US spaa rn. So far, it has been pretty good.
It still does not have range though. Past about 16km, the hit chance is very low. They seem to work best between 6-12km.
The aim9x does do very well at covering the close range gap the aim120 has.
The FlaRakRad has a higher K/D than the Pantsir and that thing is much worse. The curse of the Pantsir is that it has guns, and AA with guns usually go to harass tanks when they get bored and die (at least a lot of people do that, like me as well).
The Pantsir is just incredibly hard to overwhelm as it can shoot at 2 targets at the same time. So unless you make the gamble as a Ka-52/Mi-28NM, have a spike heli or have Kh38 good luck overwhelming it. So while it’s not killing you you aren’t doing anything either.
It heavily outranges all of the new spaas except for the SLM. So it will still do fine.

How about Russias primary arms exporter offering to sell it with an IR/IOG configuration? Even if nobody has adopted it into service, it’s obviously been sufficiently tested that they are offering it for sale. Now if it should have been added for balance reasons is another issue entirely. As is Gaijins inconsistent stance on marketing material.
Have you played it? The second anything fires an agm the radar dies switches lock and your launch is cooked. I’m being a bit hyperbolic but literally every match in this thing is fighting the buggy tws.

also, its incredibly easy to overwhelm when you consider it is the best SPAA in the game.
if we ignore the state that pantsir is in right now (seemingly broken in multiple ways), the radar completely loses lock if the aircraft chaffs, shoots any missile or drops a bomb.
you cant choose target reliably, and the new radar control panel is hardly usable
