You’re wrong. Pantsir launches the missle and it guides as long as you have lock on it from below and when an aircraft takes cover and line of sight is cut, the missle is evaded. On IRIS-T that’s not the case, the missile launches few kilometers into the air and tracks the target from below so it doesn’t matter if you cut take cover or go near the ground, you will be shot down and there is no way to evade it.
Yeah. Being abused by planes for years when trying to play tanks will do that.
I have no doubt gaijin will do something to help their precious planes out, probably HARM next update or something but in the meantime, I’m going to enjoy it.
Might turn my computer on to play the claws for a bit and finish the elde grind. 😎

Idk for other people, but since the new AA arrived I can finally play my tank game. Stealthy helicopters are still a problem, but overall it’s been great not getting killed out of nowhere every match

CAS main are now crying because the new spaa is giving them headache before the Leviathan update. It seems the new spaa is doing well in top tiers.

It’s not giving me a headache when I use Kh-38, so it’s balanced for that, I’m just saying that it should be at 13.0 to avoid helpless 11.3 CAS constantly being obliterated which I don’t even play so much. 13.0 for IRIS-T is more than reasonable.

Also, I know CAS is not very enjoyable in ARB or even arcade, but ground players (who actually play tanks) need to be able to enjoy their gamemode without a player being able to sit kilometers away sending accurate death on them in an instant. You could give a try at air sim, it takes a little while getting used to but you can CAS without good AA shooting you

I am good, I play Su-34 with my Kh-38 and IRIS-T shows me 0 issue, but I’m suggesting it being moved at 13.0 not because it will change my Su-34 experience, but because it will stabilize 11.3 experience.

I use meta and I never had issues with it and I do not now neither. Kh-38 is too OP even now, I am talking about 11.3 experience where 11.3 CAS has 0% chance of surviving and it should be changed. IRIS-T is too OP to be 12.0, it should be 13.0 just so OTHER player don’t suffer. I encountered the problem once when I played with my friend on 11.7, but since the update, not even once I complained qabout IRIS-T countering Su-34 and I personalyl find it balanced and funnier than just aiming at the target from 10km and clicking “N” (my launch key) over it. The whole thread is about balancing 11.3 experience, not about bringing back Kh-38 meta.
