well russia preffers using big ventral fins instead of canards like they are used on the amraam for example

Both has advantages and disadvantages so in this case big ventral fin design suits better for Russia by the looks of it.

R-27EA doesn’t exist, as the A seeker was only ever attacted to a base R-27 without the Extended motor.

The only plane which has ever fired a R-27A (NOT EA) was a MiG-29 9.12, not any Flanker.
