OK so we all know you shouldn’t do it and we all seem to hate those who do but assuming you are going to jump straight in and go into the game with a nice shiny top or high level premium which one should it be?
Secondly, Any garbage to avoid?

That depends? Ground, air, navy? Which BR range (Like, how “Top” Top?)? Which nation?
Sorry I did label the thread GRB. It’s not overly clear though.
I have no Issue with anybody discussing Air or Navy of they so wish but I was talking tanks or AFV.
I guess we are talking the 10RB or above.Maybe what ever your definition of top tier is.
It will be based of course on what is available as a pack or premium.
Well… as much as it devil’s advocate and, you already know not do it, I can recommend Soviet 10.0 prem line up. You got two decent MBTs (T-72AB and T-80UD), light tank/short range SPAA (2S38) and CAS (Su-25K)
Something that could take a hit I guess cause a combination of not knowing the maps, and weak survivability won’t help at all
I wouldn’t recommend anybody do it but those Packs are on offer all the time.
The big one may also be those who have been playing a while and just want to skip levels and experience Top tier.
Advice like yours may ease the pain for us all.
Maybe the M1 KVT, had actually fun with it today.
The Leopard 2A4M CAN might also be worth recommending.
Sweden and you will not be disappoint once you reach the top
Not on the luxury level of Russia in term of toys to play with
But can fight Russian head on and win not many nation can do that
Leo 2A4 or Strv 121. What could be better?
Strv121 are better because it lead to better line up than Germany
is the Strv 121 a premium ?
There are one that premium can’t remember the name Christ something but yeah there are one
True, it have half smokes, but have better teams overall. And in addition it have 2 more Leo’s at the same BR.
T-80U and take advantage of the skilled players playing 11.3+ Soviets.
All the tanks are good enough, no “no buys”.
Just down to preference and general enjoyment.
Christian II is a Strv 121 with some changes and its premium.
Leo 2A4 is arguably one of the most versatile and best 10.3 vehicles.
Only thing is you cant exactly buy yourself a good lineup, but you do get to grind a good 10.3 one.
Edit: is 10.3 top tier? Kinda i guess given 11.7 is mostly the same-ish vehicles anyways, just more lethal.
Do not buy 11.3 prems under any circumstances. On 10.0 - 10.3 it will be much easier for a beginner to play. The best choice leopard, as it is the best 10.3 tank.
If there will be a desire to buy Soviet tanks, then do not buy turms (non-meta garbage) and 2s38 (really bad tank for a newbie)
The leo 2a4 obviously but type 16 and Fuji is a personal favorite
ZTZ96A(P)
Might sound dumb, but the thing has Kontakt-5 equivalent armour giving it decent protection, Gen 2 thermals for the gunner making it easier to spot, one of the more powerful APFSDS shells at it’s tier so there’s slightly less need to aim or flank and it’s 10.0 which is… a little generous but ppl are too busy moaning about Russia for some reason. It’s also slow enough that a scrub can’t race off and kill themselves like a KVT or 2A4 but not too slow that they can’t get around or keep up with the team.
M1128 Wolfpack, Type 16 FPS (there’s just something less stressful about light vehicles), T-80U-E1, Challenger 1 DS and the upcoming Al-Khalid I would all be runners up and there’d be more if were including Rank VIs (T-55AM-1 would be the winner).
For a new guy most of the prems above 10.3
For garbage; just the Challenger 2 OES.
