The number of kills in a game by one player is not equal or representative of the disparity between capabilities currently between the two units literally designed to fight each other.
my point is that I dont have an issue with CAS and im proving that fact ill play 10 games and tell you how many I died to enemy cas

About that, I already shown proof that players die to CAS 10% to 25% from CAS within 15 to 25 games while finishing games and staying on the ground to increase chances of getting bombed. Like, multiple times. As humans, we mostly remember that bad, and forget the good. We remember the times we were bombed, forget the times we killed with 0 deaths or died to tanks mostly. So I’m skeptical about people who say they die to CAS “every game”.
Since the argument was never that you have an issue with CAS, you’re not proving anything though.

Its not a debate that CAS has a significant performance edge on SPAA outside of a couple of specific vehicles.
It’s not an arguable fact that many even 9-10 BR combination systems can’t actually engage air, at ranges that air can engage them. I can easily kill Gep 1a2’s and similar units with my G Lynx from 7 KM out where they can’t engage me in return if they even see me.
It seems dependent on what nation BR and matchups you get.
In my jagpanzer games, I regularly get a ton of yaks if russia is on the enemy side (likely a consequence of the APHE changes). Same for my tiger 1s against america.
As Britain, it’s usually fine at 7.7 unless against america which is less frequent as britain than as germany ime. Playing my KVs, I rarely encounter air.
Yeah thats my point, like I dont get the whole waaa cas is to strong it needs to be nerfed into the ground, I just finished another game where I got 2 kills like it isnt hard to shoot enemies out of the sky, its actually fun fighting a CAS player who hasnt suffered a frontal lobotomy and can use the terrain to mask their attacks because it means I dont just have to sit there and point and click, you also get way more dopamine when you win against someone like that
Oh I fully believe it. A lot of the time it’s going to depend on what BR and nation you play.
A top tier Russian is probably safer from CAS under the envelope of 2S6’s and Pantsir’s than say a 9.ish BR UK guy as it’s late enough you’re facing guided weapons. But before you get anything more than the marksman/ZA.
Same with America between 4.0 and 7.0.
But a lot of it is self fulfilling. Guys hate planes, but also never spend any time countering them. Virtually none of the TO proponents ever seem to advocate for any counters. They just want to remove them so they can continue the same dumb playstyle that makes them vulnerable.
I want to make it clear I’m not advocating for CAS to be nerfed.
I love the combined arms aspect of the game. I simply want parity between the air and ground capabilities so that it doesn’t become the open slaughter than it often devolves into currently.
Yea, 9.7 SPAA vs a 10.7 Heli won’t stand a chance, proper vehicle to use is the Roland 2 with the exact same range as the G Lynx. And the 10.7 G Lynx will definitely get out ranged by the 11.7 ADATS, 10.3 ASRAD-R and so on. Though at that point, it all falls down to player’s knowledge. Helis with hellfires/SAM can take out each other depending what they do. The only helis Im still annoyed with are the ones with Spike missiles, just fire a barrage and flies away. Only way to counter those are with smoke/cover, they self destruct once they lose track. But one must know they are being fired at to avoid it.
Offering a 11.7 AD unit as the solution to a 10.7(as of days ago) helicopter kind of highlights the problem though.
Because of the way the match maker works as soon as you hit 9.3 you will be facing US helicopters with hellfires and A-10’s and grinding to unlock a 1A2 or Ozelot, that will still be unable to defend against any player who isn’t an idiot.
It’s easy to kill idiots. But it’s damn near impossible to defend against even decent players.

So you’re saying that the ai aaa has an unfair advantage vs planes that have a fair advantage against a ground vehicle? I guess a good suggestion to have them in ground would be to tune them a bit closer to the ai of a planes turret gunner, but a bit better and have them added to ground?
Did this statistic account for the above average player? Primary reason I stopped playing Japan top tier as often after grinding. Couldn’t go a game dying to CAS at least once if I wasn’t playing passively and the spaa option
