Trying to back me into a corner lol When a team of players work together to win with shared objectives such as capturing A, B, C points though communications, using types of vehicles to counter the other vehicles etc… That is team work. Let me guess, you think team based games are purely with locked in roles and forcing players 100% to play only that role they chose and that’s all they can play? That is just a different game, that’s not war thunder. Team deathmatch is still team based. Teammates dying left and right hurts the score leading to losses with less players fighting in order to win.
The reason the Skink has higher AK/spawn than the BTR-ZD is because the BTR spends more time killing tanks. Even though it has much less armor, it’s GroundKill/spawn ratio of 0.25 is better than Skink 0.12. Overall ratio in favor of BTR 0.57 vs 0.52. So the armor of Skink not making that much of a difference.
Look at the Bosvark which is same BR as Skink and has no armor.
GK/S = 0.16
AK/S = 0.48
Both stats are better than the Skink. Reason? The guns.
You’ve somehow managed to make a mountain out of the mole-hill that is the mediocre Skink. It is an average (AT BEST) spaa, and I doubt there’s many players that share your view of it’s prowess.
Skink got 0.54K/D last month, but BTR-ZD only got 0.34 K/D
Skink’s KR even is better BTR-ZDs(0.26)
Both of them are better than BTR-ZDs, I don’t know what’s good for? Guns don’t mean anything. armor is much more important than guns, it is an OP spaa but pretty hard for players to play due to Allied not usually needing that, even the experienced CAS players will be painful to deal with Skink. For others?I even suspect they don’t care at all about what AA shot them down

No idea recently that a lot of Skinks get super smart, and keep moving when they are firing, and they can even intercept the bombs. Compared to other Spaas, Skinks are the hardest ones to kill from the air( before 6.7)
It is not like after 120 ammo fired it has to reload for 4s giving You the perfect time to destroy it ;)
Now all SPAA can build an ammo box and then skip the load time
Intercept bombs with WW2 spaa = console aim assist because I don’t see that happening doing in Ostwind II /kugelblitz on pc.

You paid more SP and got vehicles which can be stopped only 1 class of vehicles, others are helpless and basically free kills. You have equal chances to defeat 70sp AA, but 150sp vehicles has 0 chance against CAS. Is it fair for 150sp vehicle?
Not sure what you trying to say… There’s plenty of SPAAs but gameplay and rewards are miserable.

Its already costing a lot for a 2nd CAS spawn. Already good as it is right now compared to previous SP cost where its super cheap. Being able to spawn in 4 to 5 times in CAS jets/helis in 1 game at top tier was crazy experience. So SP in my POV is looking alright and fair.

You can even J out and switch to another SPAA if you want, isn’t it? Is CAS able to J out to switch to another one? Why not jump to nuke directly?
Helpless from where? SPAA is the cheapest thing in the Game, you can waste it anytime, even just shot one CAS down, and then you will get enough reward to respawn other things. Suppose you spend 70+480 for SPAA+CAP, the total SP cost are still close to CAS. Don’t tell me you don’t even able to use SPAA+Fighters against a CAS. or if you have 4 SPAA, you can respawn all of them.
This game is not suitable for only one kind of players, and now its totally focuse on those “new players”. You don’t need to stay on SPAA all the time, and also SPAA can do a lots of things, especially for some Russian and USA SPAAs. Their performance are close to LTs instead of SPAA itself.

CAS is already rare enough you can have SPAA matches where you don’t see a single jet or heli being spawned and you want to make the cost even higher? lmao just remove SPAAs from the game at this point
Honestly? The best solution is easy - even more CAS.
The reason why is simple; the natural enemy to CAS are fighters and SPAA. But, if there’s only ever a handful of aircraft on the field - why on earth would anyone bother spawning one of those useless things when they can play something fun, unless that aircraft/SPAA is also good against tanks in some way? They wouldn’t even bother, that’s why. But if you add more CAS, more people play flak and play in flak roles. Then you get more CAS being intercepted.
Hell, if you really want to go into the realm of fantasy - adding more CAS would also encourage more interesting gameplay for SPAA/fighters, and might even see new tactics come up along with gameplay styles. Fighters chasing attackers into an SPAA barrage would be wonderful. But that’s not ever going to happen.
