None of those are actually fun, just goes to show how much fun can be had by smoking and hiding at the first sign of an air unit.

Right direction:
- Add AI controlled(not player) heavy medium range Anti-Air systems like S-350, IRIS-T, Patriot PAC3.
The system should force the pilots to lower the flight altitude.
- Add datalink between SPAA and heavy AA system.
Tankers are mostly blind, they need assistance.
- Add education missions for SPAA
They wanted to play tanks, why you keep asking them to play SPAAs? if you just wanted to fly a plane and bomb tanks, can I ask you to play tank to git gud so you don’t need to spend 1000sp to kill other tanks because you don’t have enough skills to fight fair? what will be your response, you don’t get to fly your plane in peace?

I can give them a link to a game about tanks or tell them about custom battles.
There they will be able to enjoy the world of tanks without planes and not spoil war thunder.
Of course you can ask, but tanks on infantry maps are just boring. No freedom, no tactics, just aim and timing.
Its already slowly ruining the ability to get into CAS with proper loadout isn’t it? I’m wondering how players with subpar 1.0 kdr can even get into a jet with gbus, maybe once every 7 games? if they have added a ground only vehicles mode, then they don’t have to touch the spawn points of jets in combined arms mode, technically turning a lot of pilots from flying their jet into flying turrets instead.

New mode without planes won’t remove current GRB.

2 kills, hold J for 3 seconds, have fun.
1 kill with tank, 1-2 kill with SPAA, hold J, have fun.

CAS mains ruin ground battles especially top tier, not tank mains. Cancerous player group with toxic playstyle spoilt the ground battles telling other not to spoil war thunder lol how ironic

No one would spoil it as you’d still have your game mode just like you do now.
Yeah but it would spoil realism. I support taking planes out of the unrealistic game mode (GAB). However in real life there would never be a tank engagement without air support. I agree it’s unbelievably unbalanced rn but still the only mode without it should be arcade battles.

Bad weather exists.
GRB is just a little less arcade-y version of GAB but it still isn’t realistic. For that you’d need to go to Simulator.

i doing cap most of the time often found that most of CAS pilot are suck at fighting jet because unlike tank jet can fight back.

You literally have an ongoing war there tanks battles are WITHOUT FIXED WING CAS for over a year. Both sides do not use planes for CAS. Don’t play this card, as it is easily debunked. Tank battles without planes ARE REALISTIC and you can observe it yourself

That is true but i’m war thunder that apparently doesn’t matter (don’t agree with either).
… I mean they are using sucide drones which is a form of killing tanks from the air also there is very little tank on tank battles and the ones that do happen are very small. Now instead of getting mad please try and hold a viable argument.
Additionally if it is a large scale tank battle 10+ there will 9.5/10 times be air support
