If there has any way to ban those players who crash to my plane on purpose

The thing is really simple, after I took off, a ja37di crashed into me and destroyed my tail.
Then the plane crashed due to out of control.
I got a lock for 10 min so I have time to create this topic.

I have the replay and Im convinced that this guy did this on purpose. But the game doesnt detect actions like this.
