If the F-15C MSIP II (2005) is supposedly the last F-15C produced by the USA where is it's AESA radar aka AN/APG-63(V)2

Isn’t Eagle Eye a night vis system?

Tbh, i’m surprised I haven’t seen more people complain that the MiG-29SMT 9.19R in game is from 2014-2016

Not that I wouldn’t mind the mid 2000’s option of MiG-29s, aka MiG-29M2 but eh

It’s pretty typical for USSR/Russia to have a 10-20 year advantage depending on the aircraft, because year-for-year they’re just worse. The prime example of this is the 1972 SAC F-14 being .3 BR higher than the 1982 MiG-23 MLD.

Only reason I’m not going after the F-16C is mainly because it’s the block 50 and not 60-70

If it’s true, now lack JDAM (GBU-31(V)1/B & GBU-38(V)1/B) and GBU-54 LJDAM. but not sure armed AGM-65K Maverick ?

Source provided at no point hints or indicates that this radar is pesa

Yeah, I need to change that. It wasn’t a PESA radar, that’s to me is now more disappointing

War Thunder will likely be doing it within a year.
F-15 won’t be the first tho.
F-16 and F-2 will likely be the first.

@Saprano_2132
F-15JM is from 2019.

Why? F-15C had AESA before either the F-16 or F-2

The F-15C we have never mounted it, and an F-15 with AESA would be superior to that of F-2 and F-16.

The F-15C we have 100% mounted it

No it didn’t. F-15 doesn’t use block numbers, and there are multiple variants of the MSIP II aircraft.
It’s already been proven the F-15C we have uses a standard mechanical PD radar.

The game is not ready for Su-57, Typhoon Tranche 3, and the Rafale variant with AESA.

No shit. You arent going to teach me anything about Eagle’s i dont already know.

Yes, in one configuration it uses a mechanical array. It would also be just as correct to have it with either the v2 or even v3 AESA array.

In the future, the F-15C we have right now (~2006) would also be capable of taking AIM-120C-7s and AIM-9Xs. If it does get those armaments, I would recommend giving it an AESA radar to keep it competitive with these vehicles.

We’ve already seen how bad an F-15 is when it’s undertiered (F-15A being 12.3), and I think eventually giving the F-15C the (V)2 or 3 would help keep it competitive with the Rafale, Eurofighter, F-2A, etc.

There’s no reason for this, nothing would limit Gaijin from giving the F-16C, F-2A, and F-15C their AESA radars all in the same patch. The same goes for vehicles like later versions of the Eurofighter and the Rafale.

Again, there’s no reason to add Typhoon Tranche 3, Su-57, and AESA Rafale [I don’t have its specific model number]; All F-15 AESA equivalents.

Well you going to have to disprove 3 sources that say other wise. (Source 1, Source 2, Source 3)
But F-2 is the first jet in the world to have an AESA radar, not only that but also 18 F-15C were fitted with AESA radar the AN/APG-63(V)2
