Too large of maps, too slow to justify it, and too empty that takes three minutes to get a match sometimes. I might try out the Me jets though. Who knows, maybe they belong at 12.7
Alright then 13.0 is the highest in ground rb I hate that gamemode, but it doesn’t matter if the jet in 12.7 or in 12.3 because even if it getting down, still tank top tier tanks are in 12.0 maximum so it will still face againts Pantsir and every other SPAA, because the Relese year of the jet, and because Fox-3’s it’s logical to be on that br.
If you think about it because the br capped for tanks into 12.0 like a 12.7 F-15E can face against F-4’s like Kurnass 2000 which is only 1.0 br down but still facing againts Pansir’s, realistically only 0.3 br is the real difference between them.

12.7 can go down to 11.7 though, which means there can be certain games where theres very limited amounts of pantsir, as well as substantially worse CAP to deal with them, to boot the F15E has substantially better CAP loadouts than 11.7s
As well as this you are completely ignoring the fact that more pantsirs are pulled into 13.0 games, as the people who want to use Su34, or SU30 have to play at 13.0, not at 12.0, the ground BR cap at 12.0 means nothing if you take 13.0s with you.
However, if the F15E gets a downtier match, there is only a maximum of 4 other 12.7’s in that match. Remember though, most the pantsirs are sittin in 13.0 matches and are less likely to see a downtier, especially if its in a 13.0 lineup.
It’s not just a case of the caps 13 n ground is 12, cause realistically that 12.0 GRB lineups now 13.0 with CAS/CAP

They do in 11.7 lobbies the exact same as what people cry the su30 and Su34 do in top tier… objectively all these modern platforms like F15E, rafale etc should be 13.0

Objectively, the F15C is a very mediocre platform in terms of flight performance, that tends to be on the lower end of dogfighting capabilities (especially compared to the majority of things it usually faces in a match).
Same goes for the 15E.
Neither the 15C or E will win in any kind of dogfight against most flanker variants will it be passive rate fighting, stall fighting…

Numerically speaking it beats the flankers in almost every way bar in AoA (instantanious turning)

Cause last I Checked all the flankers lose out in FM capabilities to even the F15E.

EDIT: even posts from when the ARH missiles were introduced and its FM Changed folks are still stating the F15E rates better, sustains better and has a better overall package than teh su27SM and all other flankers.

Honestly 10/10 times F15 losses. Sustained F15 does have an edge, but that is not accounting sth called R73. With R73 the turn rate doesn’t even matter cause u can fire that thing so far off bore and F15 pretty much is screwed every time.
If you are top tier dying to R73’s like that something is wrong.

I’ve used it in a couple with my friend’s 15C and E. If u have ever played a 1v1 u will know that flanker pretty much eats F15s for breakfast. 9Ms pretty much require u to be pointing at the target to hit, especially at close range. R73’s HOBS capability can let u hit 90 degree off bore if u do it in slow speed.
