I forget American mains are bad at the game, that they have to be constantly under-BR’d and nerf other vehicles to compensate for their lack of skill.
The Grippens sits at 12.7, and can only carry either four AIM 120s/RB-99/R-Darters or four AGMs (not at the same time). So the Grippen has to give up their defence to attack ground troops OR be limited to a max four BVR eliminations.
The J-10 sits at a similar BR, with a max of six PL-12s, but has to give up four of their PL-12s (or all of their PL-12s of they only unlocked the GB250s and GB500s).
Meanwhile the F-15 can carry double the payload of the Grippen, and double the AIM-120s of the Grippen. So how is that balanced?

The f15e is a bus and very ez to take down
You can go into bloody orbit and smack a lad with GBU-39s (if a sitting SPAA that’s just waiting for a blink on the radar) or use the AGMs (they have range).
I use the F-15I for hide and seek, I know a wee bit about it.

Planes and pantsirs will shoot u down easily
Gbu 39 is not worth the space and the time to kill only one pantsir (and that is only if he dumb and dont move or intercept them)and agm65 are trash with mid seeker and are so slow it takes 30 sec to fly 10km and alot can happen in 30 sec to the target if its not just get intercepted with 0 skill
By any means f15 is not on par with su30/34 on cas role

The F-15E is a flying iron, don’t confuse it with the F-15C. The F-15E is not capable of maneuverable combat, and the Grippin is a very maneuverable aircraft, in addition to the 120 it also has the AIM-9M.
More so with big payload its a brick
And at least u get the pay load, not like jets at 12.7that doesn’t even get bombs.
And as for the manoeuvrability, it is not bad. Sure, not as good as some other jets, but plenty against Su34.
And same with the state of all the others. J10 has no FnF weapon, and therefore is a BR lower. A reminder J11A and Mirage 5EI two planes worse than F15E at every single metric, sit at 12.7.
That is, on the lead in the center of the map you will slowly gain altitude, while Su-30, Su-34 and Gripins with Mirages fly around. You will be shot down as soon as you start gaining altitude, and do not forget that most maps do not have such distances for gaining altitude.

I dont mind it siting in 12.7 below the op russian stuff thats make sanse i have problem with pantsir and ppl that thinks its on the same level of su 30

You’ll be shot down by a Pantsir if you’re just flying straight. Pantsir missiles are useless post-10km. I test this with my friend (he’s a Russian main). The Pantsir is not some scary beast, it’s an SPAA that can shoot you down if you are daft.
AGMs work just fine, just because you are lackluster with them doesn’t make them the worst thing ever. The fact that the F-15E can carry more than four of them at a time makes them far superior to the Grippen and therefore not worthy at 12.7, you can handle yourself at 13.0. Oh wait, Wallet Warriors are at 11.7, you just want to beat up on Wallet Warriors for free RP. You sly dog.

The thing is, it isn’t. It might not be as good as KH38MT or AASMs, but they are for sure good enough.
Oh yes, so either I get four “very terrible AGMs” or I can carry four AIM 120s (or four R-Darters). Also, do you really think you can survive BVR with only AIM 9Ms? Ah yes, I’m being tracked and have a dozen AIM 120 thrown at me! These two AIM 9Ms will surely protect me!
Like mate, the only thing the Grippen can do is dogfight, but good luck, especially with those evil Pantsirs locking you down.
I mean as a Pantsir you have to play with either your monitor or your brain turned off to get killed by a mav. Sure you might not be able to shoot down the aircraft, but shooting down the mavericks it launched is the easiest thing in the world as a Pantsir.
But this goes for every aircraft with mavs, not just the F-15E.

The F-15E’s maneuverability is about the same as the F-111F’s, heavy and not agile.
When I switched to it from the F-15C, I realized that it was a completely different aircraft, it often crashes into the ground, unable to pull out of a dive, or cannot turn to follow enemy aircraft. It is a very heavy aircraft that is not capable of maneuvering.
The J10 is a light fighter for close air combat, and the F-15E is a heavy strike aircraft.
You are comparing something that should not be compared.
