Why did u send all of them at once. The correct thing to do is to pop up, send 1 or two, keep it busy, even send a few more glide bombs, and then pop up somewhere else and fire another round. Also did u fire at different targets or just the pantsir?
It is logical that if I had sent 1-2, they would have been intercepted too, and to launch a GBU-39, you need to reduce the speed to 1000 km/h, and if I had done that, I would have been shot down. And all this is incredibly difficult, in a couple of seconds find a target, launch the Mavericks, reduce the speed to launch the GBU-39, switch to the GBU-39, release them too, you will already be shot down 10 times. In addition, the Mavericks fly faster than the GBU-39, so they will be shot down first, and then the Pantsir will reload and shoot down all the GBU-39.
I tend to do a two step thing to kill pantsir, cause with maverick trying to find pantsir is really annoying, but I normally use a pod to lock and then manually lock the mavericks to the pod’s laser designation. However if u can get close enough (within 8km) it is possible to directly find the pantsir and take it down even without pod.
The closer you are to Pantsir, the faster its missile will hit you. After all, its missiles fly incredibly fast, it seems like 5000 km per hour, and your Mavericks fly on average 800 km per hour. And if you approach Pantsir, say, at 5 km, then its missile will hit you in 3-4 seconds. This is not enough to move away.

the F16A (And C) are banging cas to use, just cause AGM 65’s aren’t insane range doesn’t make them bad cause.

Pantsir players (like most major-nation players) have a severe case of tunnel vision. I had a Pantsir firing multiple missiles at me when I was 15km~ away. completely actual CAS (i was trying to play CAP), allowing the F-15E to rack up an insane amount of kills.

Most pantsir players are braindead
I feel like most SPAA are. If I’m racking up more long range kills with Type 81 than a Pantsir, there is a serious issue.

Exacly thats the diffrent the agm65 cant outrange pantsir death zone and even flarak can deal with agm65 slinger
And f16c is better then f15e imo cuz the f15e is a bus which makes it harder to dodge sams
