I hit a RP hard limit. Gaijin's greed is out of hand

It seems like theres a hard limit for RP. Got a good match with nuke and all and it’s the first time I noticed something like that.

Calcing your RP,

You appear to be missing ~84 RP from the expected amount you should be rewarded.

What I find most absurd is the Ground Arcade Battles’ Activity function.

For your f(unknown score but 11 kills is a lot - at least 2200, 5:54 time alive)=85 is… crazy. Gotta love logistic functions.

Although it does match with the conceptual diagram we have for ARB (You need to stay alive 6 minutes and 40 seconds to earn 90% activity)

For context, I didn’t die and was active the whole match, only used the VFM5 and abused the dumb scouting mechanic + drone, my team and I easily stomped the other team that was mostly constantly spotted

Ye, it’s why I decided to calc it - it’s easy with just 1 spawn as there’s no weird activity handling that multiple vehicles or even backups might cause. It’s analogous to how you’d do it for ARB.

What about spotting? I had a LOT of assists due to the spotting rewards. They give 20 base rp each I think

The hard limit is the playtime it self? 3:51 is not that long…

Playtime based is the worst

That one is not part of the linked report (Report on how scores, SL, and RP rewards are calculated). I think it’s a change AFTER it was written (Jan 2024)? We’d need an update.

Gaijin is the literal monkey paw when “doing” what the community asks for

I don’t mind a hardlimit for those not supporting this games development via a premium account, personally. But at the same time, it shouldn’t be based off activity or time played.

Respectfully disagree on a minor point.

Keeping the servers populated is plenty of support in itself. Gaijin makes plenty off of those who do make some form of real money purchase to where they aren’t even noticing that some people haven’t.

As well and as I am sure you do not need me telling you; not running premium time does not by default mean someone has not recently made some other form of real money purchase, or they don’t intend to imminently.
