I cant get into 70% of the matches

I have a problem where I can’t load into about 70% of the matches in Ground RB. I don’t have this issue while playing Air RB (at least so far).
The issue only appears on my account for some reason. I can switch to my friend’s account without even closing the game, and I don’t experience the issue on their account.

For other players in the match, They see me on the leaderboard as if I left instantly from the match, and I receive notifications that I’m being reported for playing “passively” (probably because it looks like I leave the match instantly). Sometimes, when I do manage to get into a match, I get kicked later.

I can still start matchmaking and play another match as if nothing happend (as shown in the second clip), but I can’t play with my friends because of this issue. When we are in a squad, it loads them into the match, but not me.

From what the message says, it says that Anti-Cheat kicked you out of the game because of a ban you have.

What DanyLopez said. You have a global ban as indicated by the message at the end of your second video.

I’ve gotten this ban message, I think, four times by now since ive got this issue. But as I already said, this really doesn’t do anything other than get me kicked out of the match. I can start another round with no issues (aside from the problem of getting into matches), and it doesn’t kick me every time once I succesfly joni a match.

I usually get this message when im already in match after many attempts to join a battle. People report me because, for them, it looks like I joined a match but left immediately. (note: every time i get the “conection is lost, you will be returned to menu” messege for other players i take a spot in that game)

Well you can actually stay in your hangar and I think you can join custom battles (I’m not sure), but what you can’t do is join battles with other players because of the ban. You should see that it says in the “More” option.

This will likely need to be assessed by a Game Master, as the issue is the question of whether that global ban is actually true, or if it’s a misinterpretation by the client to post that.

If it’s true you’re in deep doo doo in relation to it, but if it’s false it could point to a bug that needs fixing.

Have you clicked the more button and seen if it relates to you or just the ban code like a link to a wiki?

I clicked the “More” button, but it didn’t want to load. I think it’s a false “ban” and just a bug with the ban message. Like I said, this “ban” message didn’t change anything—I can still play normally. I wouldn’t worry about the ban message, honestly.

The real problem is that it’s hard for me to join Ground Realistic Battles. I’ve tested Air Realistic, Air Arcade Battles, Ground Arcade Battles, and everything except Ground RB works fine.

So, in conclusion, I’m not banned. I think it’s just taking me a lot of tries to get into a match on Ground RB (as shown in the first clip at the top).


heres the reason i am not banned? ive just played 3 games of ground arcade battles (and also i had no isses with matchmaking on them)

apparently its a false ban cuz i can still play normal matches with other real players


i am not a cheater nor a teammate abuser or anything like that.

Here’s a 5-minute clip proving I’m not banned and that I’m just having issues joining Ground RB only. At the end of the clip, I talk about the message I received four times (I meant the ban message).
I’m sorry for posting so many messages under this post at once, but I’m just trying to clarify the situation regarding the ban message and the issue with joining Ground RB.
Note: I don’t leave matches instantly when i play normally. I just wanted to show the matchmaking process and me actually getting into a match. At 0:34 in the clip, you can see the issue with joining Ground RB. Sometimes I join on the first try, and other times it takes me about seven attempts—it’s honestly random.

If it happens a heap, try restart your router to give that a shot, and even though it’s sporadic and random, try restarting the router/modem every so often before you start playing to see if that affects it.

You may also be needing to chase up your ISP and maybe see if they can replace your modem after a bit of diagnosis and advice from them.

Also check this Who is who and Reporting Procedure thread out and hit up the GMs to absolutely confirm that you aren’t banned, but also to raise it with them as to why this is occurring.

It could need direct passing off to the dev team, or at least need looking at by the technical side of things.

You’re not in like Egypt or some place that runs a filter on your countries internet? I’ve encountered that from Egypts section before.

Try this to see if it works for you.
1.Delete your network from your computer.
2.Reset your modem to factory settings, and if you had a custom configuration, reset it.
3.After completing step 2, start your PC and reconnect to your network.
If this doesn’t work for you then send a message to a moderator or an email to Gaijin support.

I’ve sent a message to a GM, and now I’m waiting for a response. I also restarted the router, but as I’ve said, the router and internet aren’t the cause of the issue. It’s hard for me to join a match in Ground RB, but every other game mode works normally, and I can join them every time.
Additionally, I can switch users without even closing the game, and I don’t experience the issue on any account other than mine (same computer, same internet connection). I live in Poland, and I had never experienced this issue before December 28, 2024.

I started a game today and saw this message. 2000 hours. I thought it couldn’t get any worse. Now I’m going to have to write a new Gaijin support ticket. I have NEVER installed any cheats, and I unlocked the MiG-29 yesterday.
Please wish me luck, people, because this has to be some kind of joke.

Yea, this needs to be put through to the senior GMs.

I fail to see where being disconnected at the start of the match is in any form contradictory to section 3.2.x.

So should I submit a ticket to Gaijin Support or write to the Senior GM about this? I was in the middle of writing a ticket to Gaijin Support.

Support. Game Masters do not handle cases regarding cheating.

This though is even a true technical situation. It’s a belief that the ban is in total error.

If the ban was legit, then they shouldn’t have been having the other matches working, whilst still dropping that message.

unfortuanaly this time i cant play no more and i actually got banned (permamently btw).
i still have no idea what happend and coused this mess. ive already started a wrongful ban appeal ticket on gaijin support. i all can do now is pray.

Yea, wish you the best… Be sure to link the thread to that ticket if you haven’t already.

Mind out adding to your ticket often as it puts you to the back of the queue every time you do.

That’s still an issue for Support.

Game Masters deal with Chat- and Name-bans. Not bans related to cheats nor technical problems.
