event vehicles arent premiums, so you are save on that side. The event stuff lacks the modifiers

Generally they are with high tier event vehicles being exceptions
In case Italy (and Hungary) needs a high BR anti-aircraft unit:
Hungary now operates the NASAMS system.
According to Kongsberg (developer) it is able to be fired from trucks.
A potential top rank SPAA…

This vehicle requires an external radar to work, so it can’t function in game

Well, these are AIM-120s, so all 6 missiles have an onboard radar that is capable of locking onto targets inside about 6-20 km, depending on source and probably target size.
The question is: can these missiles be shot with their own lock, or even without it and lock on after launch?

I doubt that they would, at least for game purposes.

If it cant fire it despite HU having ordered it with such capability then that’s on the Germans not being able to deliver…but we will know soon for sure anyways.
VT-ETB II already exists thats technicaly the most modern leopard
