How to learn aiming with specific aircraft

I have bought the Mig-21 Lazur during the sale and I have no idea how to aim the guns. I was doing fine in the F5C and with the vulcan but this gun is horrible. I have no idea if I lead too much or don’t lead enough. The planes horrible nose authority doesn’t help either.

Is there a way to practice high speed 70-90 degree interceptions with lead indicators but with realistic flight models?

Set your test drive to arcade mode and practice with the circle. The 23 has a steep learning curve but it’s not too horrible once you get the hang of it.

you have to lead a little more than the american guns in my experience, but the arcade practice is a good tip to start to form reliable muscle memory for them

You can also try custom battles with RB flight model and in-air reloads enabled.
