Hence my removal of apds rounds - they are overkill.
Some suggestions I’ve made and seen by others…
- Give spaa stealth belts - no more “I’M HERE!” beacons.
- Give them (guns) better targeting methods in realistic
- Have planes MAKE MORE NOISE. They are way too quiet and you have no idea they are there until you are bombed or strafed
- For spaa reverse the rewards - killing planes is 2x reward for killing ground vehicles
- Make planes easier to spot - once spaa sees one it should basically be scouted for other spaa unless it retreats far back toward it’s own lines.

Highlight how someone can get a plane of just one assist…
- and 3. ones are really important. Stealth belts would be a very good solution for the problem. And planes are so fucking loud irl, especially, when your on battlefield and this would make it even more realistic.

Mounting 57mm guns. Can the T-34-57 frontally pen Panthers? Yeah! Can the ASU-57 pen Panthers? Yeah! Well, guess what! The “57” in the name of this SPAA is not cosmetic!

A terrible SPAA and a good tank destroyer. This is not because of any decision on Gaijin’s part. It is because of the technical characteristics of the vehicle as it was in real life. In WT, it functions mostly as a TD.
Now, the “insanely strong armour” in the front: your turret face is 120mm thick and mostly flat. The Soviet 57mm gun pens 150mm. Hell, a Pz IV’s gun is able to pen the front of the Panther F’s turret at close range.
The problem is not the ZSU-57-2, it’s your expectation that you could stroll with the Panther F in the open in a full uptier. You underestimated an opponent and you paid the price. Next time, shoot the ZSU’s ammo and it will pop like fireworks.
Two hit on sturer emil with M2A4, one in engine, one in gunner. I belive one more hit in Tiger II H.
Could spawn in clean spit without assist. I belive with one hit and assist I still would be able to spawn into spit ;).
Went for suicide attack on SPAA later on as I’m focused on grinding helis at the moment.

And if that plane gets shot down, as I have mentioned to you about the gamble of spawning a plane, they could easily be unable to spawn again.

Just for You I have played a few games in other nations and tried to get just assists (I kept killing enemies instead) and I got something like this:
I have only an assist and was able to spawn, of course I needed to hit things.
In this game I have an asisst and death:
So ye, spawning a plane after getting an asisst is not as “rare” as You are trying to claim it to be.
Hope that now it will be easier for You to admit being wrong.

Much the same as the over exageration of the CAS issue that you feed constantly.

Your desire to prove wrong is what the issue is here…
I honestly don’t think you understand what’s being said a lot of the time… Wrong in the statement is different to wrong in the sentiment.
The defeatist assumption that SPAA can’t do anything, or that players shouldn’t be spawning them or that you have to die in the first place to respawn as SPAA and can’t spawn them in the first go, is wrong…
The drive to point out situations where there is hope, and actual effort, isn’t.
You’re just making an argument, as I said, get shot down when you spawn that plane, and get no SP, and good luck on your next match…
