Make SPAAs in mid-tier able to be effective against PLANES NOT TANKS. Especially in BR 5.0-7.0 its very common to get killed by overpowered SPAA as a medium armored tank, while at the same time, planes are all over our heads and bombing the shit out of us. SPAAs are supposed to kill planes. Make them useless against tanks and strong against planes and both problems will solve themselves.
How would you do this?
And if you make spaa useless against tanks you are…
I’m all for removing apds from a bunch of the spaa and lowering their BR. But they still need the lesser SAP ammo to fight off lighter attackers.
They can still be able to kill light tanks for sure, but I don’t want to drive in a Panther F and be penetrated by some Swedish double-canon abombination right in the front.

I don’t usually bring up stats but you don’t know anything about winning with your 54% win-rate.
I sure do love carrying a team, and then getting bombed with no counterplay because someone got 1 assist and died, and gets to spawn a plane. I respawn, have no map control left, and the game is over. It’s not about K/D, it’s about the fact that no matter how good you play, a bot with 0 game impact can still bomb you and you can’t do anything about it.
As I’ve said elsewhere, winrate is more a team skill than an individuals…

Panther F has insanely strong armor in the front, only very few tanks at its BR are able to kill him in one shot in the front and an SPAA should NOT BE one of them
