I just cant figure out what to do. Enemies dont even try to notch my missiles anymore they just fly straight at me and mcm everything I fire at them. I only have 2 worthwhile missiles bc am stock grinding and almost every game I just wait for a perfect shot only for the guy to mcm it. Should I just send everything all at once to one guy and rearm ?
You dont, unless you have more missiles than they do.
Stay in the notch and let them spam at you, then either fire your missiles when they get very close (if you arent using the 120) or force the merge
su33 :(
I normally just fire a fox3 and defend so even if they mcm I am safe but recently I got su33 and its just hell. I thought the planewa ssupposed to be good which it is but its always trying to fight an uphill battle against hordes and hordes of su30s. My last matches have been going great with 3-4 kills bc I just wait out half the match defending then go in but then I have 0 impact on the game bc by then either my team or the enemy team is already almost dead. Should I just stay away from the su33 till the matchmaker calms down
Premium Su30s have same or at the very leaat similiar radar to Su-33, and id be hard pressed to try and MCM with that piece of shit
it seems like people would much rather do mcm with that than to actually learn to notch
blue afterburner is pretty
With the Su-33 and R-27ERs you can always try the trick of switching your radar off after firing and then switching it back on when it gets close.
Not a gurantee but at least reduces the warning they get and therefore the likelyhood that they’ll know that there is something too intercept
Nice job, still the slo scan speed makes you rather vulnerable during MCM.
Hopefully when the actual RCS signatures get modeled it will cut down on how easily they can do it.
Hell there are several recent documented cases of friendly fire, where planes have been shot down while intercepting missiles as in order to do so they have to get them in a tail chase at close range to shoot them… then the ground based air defense hits the friendly plane instead of the missile, so clearly actual head on intercepts are harder IRL or they would not be taking those risks.
