You would know that isn’t true if you actually played a vehicle using stinger missiles, yet even your ground vehicle with the most air kills is barely above my Begleitpanzer alone. You have opinion on vehicles that you haven’t even touched, just like you lost touch with the reality of the game. Come back when your AA vehicles actually carry missiles.
Imp.Chappy is objectively worse than stinger. The fact that I can get 4 kills whilst spending the entire game on my phone shows how bs early SAMs are. The only times I did poorly in my Chappy is when I brought it to toptier after unlocking the AIM.
The fact that you somehow manage to do poorly with stingers is honestly baffling. You have no say in whether som1 is skilled or not when you yourself can’t even get kills with stingers.
You can’t even judge the performance of the stinger because you have never used it, same way I don’t judge the performance of the Imp. Chappy. However, if you die to stingers you’re exactly the target group of pilots I’m looking out for - brain turned off for flight time, straight flight path and no movement whatsoever, prime targets for stinger. Everyone else is a no go, especially helicopters that you can’t even lock. Keep talking however, most people actually frequenting the forum knows where you and your performance sits.
My SPAA has the best stats outta any of my vehicles, and CAS haters get REALLY mad when I point that out lol. SPAA is ridiculously easy to play, but the fact that you somehow do bad with SAMs is genuinely impressive. You have to be doing everything you possibly can to fail to be doing bad with SAMs.
I mostly utilise SPAAs as TDs (Ostwind and Sweden’s flak truck FTW), because only Soviet SPAAs actually have enough range, killing power, mobility and ROF to be effective. Basically I die to Soviet SPAAs 3 times more often than any other SPAA.
F.e. Soviet 23mm cannon 1-shots planes because it hits as hard as MK103 30mm. Same goes for Soviet 25mm AA truck - same hitting power as German Flak 18, except Soviet guns are better.
Then there’s insta-plane-deleter 14.5mm MG.
When playing Germany, I just use fighters whenever I can. if I can’t spawn plane and there’s heavy CAS infestation, I’d rather just quit.
just to remind people who is making those arguments.
Lol, he’s made that my SPAA stats don’t suck.
The only tracerless rounds the Gepard carries is the APDS… 20x2 for a total of 40 rounds. It’s not using them up on CAS (in like 2 seconds) when it would rather save that for ground units. Another one - the Falcon - has tracers in ALL of it’s belts. There are very few spaa vehicles that have tracerless ammo.
Question for you - if CAS is at such a big disadvantage vs spaa (it really is NOT), why do so many players jump into CAS the moment the opportunity arises?
