(WW2 props)
And you for some reason prefer to fly straight at treetop height rather than divebomb from 1.5-2.5 km cruising altitude and say SPAA is overpowered.
One time 5k bomb from PE-8 explode near me and im still alive. So, if you die - skill issue.
Nobody drives around staring at the sky to check if a rocket’s coming. And that’s the thing, you’ve got no clue if something’s gonna hit you in 5 or 10 seconds.
So don’t start talking about dodging missiles bcs it’s pure luck.
Nobody drives around staring at every bush to check if a tank’s aiming. And that’s the thing, you’ve got no clue if something’s gonna hit you in 5 or 10 seconds.
So don’t start talking about dodging sabots bcs it’s pure luck.
btw, if you got third-partied by a plane, it’s the very same to be third-partied by a tank.
Oh and,
From what I can see you never even touched it. So please spare me the lectures on how the Gepard performs. You can put them right back from where you got them (your exhaust pipe, to quote you).
Just because you are bad at CAS, one of the easiest things to do in this game, crying about how you need a ballistic computer, does not mean you can go around the forums, berating everyone on “Oh how OP SPAAs are, I don’t know how to counter them”
Hello All, friendly reminder to stay on topic, and treat other members with respect even if you disagree.
Also please take personal quarrels to PM/DMs.
That’s dishonest, as whenever I do a dive bomb run from high AoA, my throttle is on idle, or even with the engine turned off, so there is no sound to hear.
pantsir is too big to hide anywhere, maps are too small, angles on aircaft are lost when hiding,
CAS can lick the ground the entire time and run around the map while the SPAA cant know where he is
90910 hamburgers is a normal distance at top tier.
any other BR balance doesnt matter for top tier either, dont know what youre talking about
he is lecturing us on CAS balance while he doesnt play the by far most affected and talked about BR, so dont expect anything else to make any sense.
its just pure trolling to disrupt the already useless attempts to balance CAS (and/or add TO)
Cut throttle. With engine off you won’t overspeed and it also helps control the aircraft better as you’re not fighting a giant propeller shoving you left/right as you are picking up speed.
Either push nose down or roll over inverted to then pull into either a 45-70 degree dive (fighter bomber) or a 70-90 degree dive (some fighter bomber, dive bombers)
Put target in sight
Release bomb at ~500-900 meter altitude. In sim, you use the bottom of your gunsight as bomb release cue (you release bomb when enemy intersects bottom-most tick mark for revi gunsights, bottom-most tick for USN gunsights, when it disappears under the nose in RAF (optimally when they intersect fuel cap) and USAAF aircraft.) IDK reliable cue for third person view, so same cue works in RB as SB.
You pull out into a flat, unloaded extension and enable WEP
Your reasonong is just astonishing. I never mentioned you don’t other engines but ther is no sound to hear from my engine if its on idle or turned off. I don’t care if you hear other engines as long as you don’t hear mine coming to bomb you.
You claimed you can hear planes and I described you situation where you cannot. Also seing something coming from high AoA (70°-80°) from high altitude at high speed and without no sound is tricky to see even if you know where to look.
