So I recently got my report for the missing spall liners on the boxer variants (link below if you want to read it) and was just wondering how long does it usually take gaijin to do anything about it if ever?

It could be a few days, could be a few years.
My bug report for near enough every single GBU being broken took 5 months to fix, but my report for the Hunter FGA9 having a missing pylon took less than a month. I have accepted reports dating back 3+ years
They either don’t do it, or don’t do it.
Every report I have ever seen either gets ignored, closed with a link to a report that is months or years old saying “it’s a known issue”, or they “get forwarded to the devs” and nothing gets done.
I’ve seen and had reports get closed with the comment “its a know issue” and a link to a report from 2 years ago that still haven’t been fixed.
it takes a long time for reports to be accepted.
Pretty much all of mine are only even looked at because i share discord servers with some of the cooler tech mods (DO NOT MESSAGE TECH MODS ON DISCORD FOR YOUR REPORTS, LEAVE THEM BE) and it can take up to several years for accepted reports to be actioned on.
Its at the devs own discretion and there isnt much we can do other than kick up a stink on the forum
