How is F-4C 10.0 while MiG-21S (R-13-300) is 9.7

How is F-4C sitting at 10.0 while something straight up better (MiG-21S (R-13-300)) sitting at 9.7?

Mig-21S (R-13-300) got the same speed, same missile performance, but has way better flight performance than the F-4C and somehow sits at lower BR than the dog water F-4C. Make it make sense

F-4C gameplay is just facing 11.0 and get r* to death, face 10.0 and still get r* to death, or face 9.0 and be hella mid

When the F-4C was 9.7, it was already mid.

I always remembered F-4C’s like free RP pinatas for most other jets

that mig 21 is one of the most obscene examples of premium bias in the game. really should be 10.0 or 10.3, it outclasses everything extremely until then
