If you want the F-4C lowered to a BR it’s never been to before [10.0 today as a BR was literally 9.7], it’ll have to have weapons removed.
I played F-4C close-ish to its release, I’ve played it when it was 10.3, and when it was moved back to its release BR that it’s been at since.
And I’ve done cross analysis of many aircraft many times.
It’s one of the better 10.0 “fighters”.
F-4C was at 9.7 once and it completely bodied every lobbie that isn’t uptier. MiG-21S, as good of a dogfighter it might be, simply can’t do the same level of dominance.

yes, turn once or twice and then fall out of the air. F-4C rates better than MiG-21S at any speed. On top of that F-4C has much better gun, it outaccelerates and outruns MiG-21S.

2 reasons. First - MiG-21 can carry 2 napalms at best, which forces players into actually participate in PvP. Second it doesn’t face 11.0 premium fest that sucks 10.0 jets commonly. If you remove 11.0 uptiers and zomber playerbase from F-4C, it will get better stats than MiG-21S quite easily
The T-2 and the F-6C are better jets for sure at 9.7.
Still, it’s a BR compression issue, they shouldn’t be 9.7, and the F-4C shouldn’t be 10.0, but moving them up/down will still create imbalances, except for the F-4C, I think it can be moved down without a problem. While if the Mig-21S goes to 10.0, it will ruin the jet.
Some 10.0 jets are way better than other 10.0 jets like the F-4C, it’s BR compression, as usual.
