Legit every top tier air sim match is just F-16 and F-15’s camping airfield.
Team killers are usually accidental in Sim, but not always.
What you mean with Air Sim?
You have ground sim where you can tanks, planes and helis in the same match.
Then you also have a own air sim mode for planes only.
The mode you are coping over is ground sim.
I see you have very few matches in WT, so try out the gamemodes to see what you like.
The F-100 is probably quite ok in it`s BR bracket in air sim (9.0-10.0) as you can hunt down attackers and bombers using its speed

Using this solution you could end up with PVP players getting banned for saying “I don’t like PvE”, or the team looking through the reports would be flooded with logs of every single instance of someone saying “PvE” and have to look through each of them to see if it’s a case of people trying to enforce PvE, or if it’s just 2 random guys telling each other “dang we both picked bombers, guess we’re stuck doing PvE”, depending on how automated the system would be
