who are you lmao? you’re at best a lvl 57 tier 4 air AB main that strafe emplacement in BF-109, your failure to fight other human is not the majority experience.
If you only play 1 tree, level 57 can reach end-of-the-line easily (especially in smaller tech trees).
Using a very rough estimation, getting a 13.7 aircraft should come out at around 3169700 RP
Estimation: I ignore dependencies, folders. I take lowest BR aircraft and multiply its BR requirements by five. This estimation underestimates in case of USA, but likely correct for likes of japan or sweden.
According to old wiki, Ranks - War Thunder Wiki, level 40 corresponds to 3.3 million RP.
Even with a 50% error to my estimation, a level 57 has long-since acquired multiple rank 8 vehicles assuming they stick to a single game mode and tech tree (level 57 corresponds to 5.7 mil RP).
A cursory google search gives me the following for total RP needed for completely unlocking (not spading) tech trees in 2022 august 6:
● USA - 9,118,500
● Germany - 6,922,300
● Russia - 8,313,700
● Britain - 6,380,900
● Japan - 3,991,900
● China - 5,178,700
● Italy - 3,062,200
● France - 5,386,600
● Sweden - 3,035,600
● Israel - 3,582,000
Now, this is 2 years old and more vehicles have been added since. However, it also counts foldered vehicles and total tree, not “RP to reach and unlock a single rank 8 aircraft.” Given this, I do believe it to be within reasonable estimation to safely conclude that someone with a level 57 account may have reached top tier, especially if they pick a smaller tree and play it smart (use foldered vehicles to speed up unlocking next rank for less RP).
Israel is not exactly representative given it starts at rank 4.
All this is of course irrelevant given the person being commented upon is level 100 and statshark says they’ve played hundreds of games at rank 8 in arcade.
Still, I feel my post has merit because I feel people seriously over-estimate the RP needed to reach a single top tier vehicle or under-estimate the RP needed to reach level 100 account. A level 100 account corresponds to 14,482,500 RP. Total unlock of the USA air tree (all foldered vehicles) 2 years ago (2022, aug 6) corresponds to level 76.
I never demand, i asked. “How about replacing all gamemodes with Enduring Confrontation PvE” and “What do you all think ?” are literally the titel and end of the post.
So stop acting butthurt, this is a discussion.
Nice breakdown on the whole thing, informative.
That being said “lvl 57” was me taking a piss.
Problem being simulation is just way to slow to play and way to complex to control, for me to have fun.
If there would beatleast a Arcade Enduring Confrontation.
And even then, its still PvP.
My opinion is that it would probably be enough to add PVE for tanks to the game where each player could destroy NPC targets like the PVE helicopter. Each player would find something for themselves in it. And it would also be good for GJ to add some kind of reward to self-created battles. Then the players themselves would create their own battles on their favorites and maps and could still earn something from it.
wont happen because people would just abuse it
Well, gaijin has full overview and control over the custom battles, including custom maps. They would just need to put in the moderation.
they couldnt even do that for the normal simulator mode and just gimped the rewards, instead of combating ppl boting or abuseing the system
Assault mode: gives a grand total of maybe 1,000 RP and maybe a 10% booster.
User missions: not everyone gets access to it.
Customs: can’t get RP and SL
Campaign: minimal RP and SL
Test drive: cannot get RP or SL
Mate, the entire point of PVE is to let us get RP and SL without dealing with sweaty tryhards and seal clubbers.
We aren’t go talk about the name aren’t we?
Rather this than the names I see on some luftwaffe/wehrmacht mains.
You know you will wait for years to see that? Like they haven’t even learned to write yet
Once again, I don’t mind him asking for improved/ additional PvE modes, my issue is with him WANTING TO FORCE EVERYBODY INTO PVE MODES.
Ask for new thing = good
Force players into modes they don’t want to play = BAD
Which yes it goes for forcing people into PVP too, but it’s a PvP focused game, it has been since launch, Gaijins neglect of PvE modes is NOT the same as wanting the tens of thousands of players that play for the PvP into PvE modes.
I’m aware, I agree with you
Gaijin will never have a pure PvE gamemode with good rewards because it will get absolutely flooded by bots.
It would also increase the number of people in higher brs who have little to no experience which i am against.
Oh no, someone that isn’t a sweat! How dare they go into YOUR game and not have an 8.0+ KDR!
Its not even sweating. It is very annoying when these players spam out missiles and kill teammates because they dont know that missiles can change target.
And can you tell me how players would abuse it? What’s the point of adding a few rewards to their own battles when a player creates one? Then it doesn’t have to be here and they can delete this entire item so that players can create their own battles. Then there’s no point in having it here when you have nothing to do. If there were some rewards that players would get, not too big, then a lot of players would rather create their own battles and not have to get nervous and upset in normal battles. That way, players would enjoy it more. I’m just saying add a few rewards there. You can’t make it that complicated and difficult. But I’d really be interested in how players would abuse it? If you call it abuse when everyone creates their own battle and sets up their own favorite map and the machines they want to have there, then I don’t see anything wrong with that. If someone wants to play purely tank battles without planes, they can or they can combine everything - planes, ships and tanks - into a pile. Everyone has the option of choosing which game format to play in. The only thing missing are the rewards. That’s why not many people play because it’s not worth it for them and it’s a shame that GJ doesn’t add rewards!
Exactly, Enlisted has rewards for custom matches, I don’t see why War Thunder doesn’t either
