make cas less annoying and op since nobody seems to use AA, its just ruining the game

i only see them play as td or light
Cant even lift of helipad without RWR screaming, everyone can spawn with backup SPAA that is point-click

right now its not uncommon for there to be more AAs than other ground vehicles combined on a team in the mid to late game
like seriously in the last game I played ~85% of the people I saw after the first 5 mins were in AAs

Consider playing above 8.0, anything below that really is CAS hell
