He 112 V-5 has WEP but He 112 A-0 does not?

If you look closely, the He 112 A-0 has the Jumo 210C engine, while the He 112 V-5 has the Jumo 210D engine.
The difference in these engines is very hard to find, as there is little information on the Junkers 210 series. To my knowledge, the primary difference between the 210C and 210D is assumed to be the fuel system, as it is near identical to the C in every way.
This may also include an injection system, or compound, which is commonly used for WEP.
The best ways to find this out is to go to X-Ray in-game and hover over the engine, which will show the name of the engine itself.

My tip to you is to never base it off the stat-card, either. Power is never constant, and changes with speed, altitude, and every so slightly with temperature. While in game, go to Options and click “Open map in browser” on the bottom left. From there, it will show you direct and real-time statistics.
Or, one of the more famous plugins is WTRTI. This does not exceed any rules set by the EULA and ToS, and simply relays any statistic shown in the browser onto your screen in a fully customizable format.
