here, exact same shot, down to angle, speed and enemy but 9L this time
after some testing, it seems the 9M turns on its IRCCM for seemingly no reason, and then reacquires (or tries) the mig 15, i’ve had some shots where its still in the missiles fov, so it starts tracking again, and other times where it isn’t and just blows up a few seconds later like in the video above, you can see it while holding U to watch the missile go, the camera stops tracking the mig 15 for a second, all shots were done at 5.9 km and as soon as the mig 15 starts turning, i tried the same thing with the 9L and it never missed
