It ain’t much of a difference, really. It just gives full value to the idea of Combined Arms instead of the half “oh well you need X amount of SP to play combined arms” now.

And with this you turn GRB into a quasi-ARB, hijacking the mode in the process making people that want to play tanks get shafted anyways.
I consider SM3 to be worse than Tornado at A2A while being at a higher BR with similar A2G performance.
Su-34 is better than that but definitely isn’t anything special overall when compared to other things at 12.7.
It would be a big difference if half of the teams were nothing but fighter jockeys that are fighting outside of range of anything spawnable on the ground.

better it than die to a KH-38 without chance fighting back i’m more than happy to turn it to ARB if it means to ruining CAS players day than letting them enjoy

Against other planes sure, but do those other planes have the same capability as the Su34 in terms of CAS? No.
That’s why balancing is exists. Overpowered agms should comes at the cost of a poorer platform.
That’s highly debatable as it’s PGM suffer from the slow speeds and it’s brimstone needs to be used within spaa range.
Where as with the SM3 you get 4 kh38 and 2 kh25.
I can see how the Tornado is similar in terms of A2G and honestly I would prefer the tornado as you get a much higher killing potential (not consistency) however the SM3 allows it be played with near immunity against spaa while getting consistent back to back kills.

Pantsir, ADATS, ITO-90M are all trash no matter what you say. Pantsir is physically incapable of dealing with F-15E, Su-34, Rafale, etc.
You have a problem with that? Get in your Pantsir and I’ll get in F-15E or Su-34, your choice, and we’ll see who has more deaths at the end of 30 minutes. Spoiler: My F-15E will have zero deaths.

Much easier solution would be to increase the SP costs for CAS.
This situation goes in favor of TO, as CAS is going absolutely rampant.
All you have to do is look at the disparity between equipment in the United States tech tree in the Russian tree. It’s not that Americans didn’t create cool equipment or amazing vehicles. The game just doesn’t give it to us There are so Many fighting vehicles that the United States have created throughout the years, but there are literally only one IFV in the tree and that’s the Bradley AT ALMOST 11. The Bradley was introduced to counter the BTR 86 Which is at 7.0 Might I remind you? Tell me that’s not bias

Yes, the disparity proves how bad Soviet/Russian equipment is.
Soviets need significantly newer equipment to MATCH our older equipment in capability, if Soviet equipment was ever better than America’s then their 1960s technology would be facing our 2000’s technology.
