Object 279 is over-BR’d unless decompression happens as all of its equals are 8.7.
2S38 is currently at a balanced BR.
And TURM III is a Leopard A1A1 without APFSDS that can take out some light tanks if it fires first.
All vehicles in War Thunder have to over-perform to be moved up in BR.
800-900 sp is just a fancy number that is way lower than you think. Scout farmers make it 200 and you literally start with like 300 after first spawn anyway.
People can just as easily argue that being farmed in the spawn and SPAA not worth spawning is “taking away gameplay”
I never said they did or should. But arguments can be made they do by limiting ordinance options or ammo (ATGM)
And they are horrible at the latter.

I don’t think gun depression has ever been notable for BRs; Situational positions sure, but not BRs.
I can’t comment on reload at 8.3ish cause I’ve never seen it used at that fire rate.
It’s still an advantage and like any advantage, it can influence a BR. The SU-122P would probably be a higher BR if it had 15 degrees of depression instead of 2, for example.
It’s invariably the best for guns of the same/similar caliber (at the BR, that is). Even 90mm guns like on the MARS 15 or M48 take longer to load.

True, considering most others have 6.7s reload capped at that BR, having 5s autoloaded reload speed is huge. This alongside stabilization is one of the reasons why 8.0 Vickers is so good.

Just delete kh and pantsir Russia win 30% I don’t see how their tanks are good compared to the other except a little armor in plus.la Russia has nothing except their kh38 and the pantsir that empties the sky by itself.

I’m fine with Pantsir, because CAS has gotten so crazy that this thing, despite being astronomically better than what anyone else gets, has come to represent what is now the bare minimum of what’s required. We shouldn’t be removing it, we should be letting everyone else catch up to it.
KH38 on the other hand… how this thing was not only greenlit, but subsequently added to increasingly capable platforms, knowing literally no one can counter it, continues to be one of the most indefensible series of balance decision’s I’ve ever seen in this game.
I’m beyond exhausted of watching Su30/34’s get 4/5/6 frag chains in the feed every minute or two. No singular thing has ever put me off playing top tier like these things do. Ignoring all the ‘my toys vs their toys’ and ‘bias’ arguments I care little for, they’re just the ultimate depiction of fun at the expense of others. Their presence in battles is a negative one. They take more away from gameplay than they add. Truly an awful addition.
KH29s were/are perfectly potent enough. There was zero need for us to end up here.

My favorite part was when Gaijin LITERALLY SAID that CAS was way too strong at top tier, yet continued to add the Su-34 and Su-30 with KH-38MTs.
Oh and the Rafale and Mirage 200D-RMV.
Gaijin essentially admitted that they don’t care about balance between CAS and tanks at top tier anymore.

Yeah and we should do something about the whole CAS situation, not just remove Pantsir this remove KH-38 that. The problem goes so goddamn deep into the GRB. Arguably it is the worst problem out of every problem that exist in GRB
